Principles
Our Commitment to You.
Passive layer
An object shouldn't demand attention to be doing its job. The first layer of the system is the one you forget you are wearing.
Surfacing
Objects do not ship, they surface. Three to five days, tracked the whole way, with no guessing in between.
Care layer
Buying a thing is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Every object carries a one-year care layer.
Sync over time
Price should not be the reason a thing stays out of reach. Pay in full, or sync over time.
Signal
Know when an object surfaces.
One message when something is ready, and nothing in between. No forwarding, no reselling, unsubscribe in a click.
