Nothing is for sale

PARASYNC does not sell anything. The objects on this site are one-off pieces made or procured by FRNK and documented so the work can be seen. There is no shop, no cart, no price, and no way to place an order.

So there is nothing to refund, and there never has been. PARASYNC has never taken money from anyone. If you believe you have been charged by PARASYNC, something is wrong and it did not come from us — contact us immediately through the Instagram account in the footer.

The checkout you may have seen

There is a checkout prototype on this site, shown as a piece of interface design. It walks through fixed sample data, every field is read-only, and it has no payment processor behind it. It cannot charge you because there is nothing there to charge with.

If that ever changes

If PARASYNC ever does sell something, this page will carry the real policy before the first order is taken, not after — a return window, a replacement for anything faulty or not as described with return postage covered, and refunds to the original payment method.

The date at the top moves whenever this page changes. See also our Terms and Privacy page.
